Your price band counts every seat you’ve purchased. Once you reach a band, later orders keep it, even for a single seat. One seat per learner. If someone leaves before 10 credited hours and hasn’t completed the course, you can reassign their seat once at no charge, and the new learner starts from the beginning. Credited hours are active lesson time that counts toward the 40.

Before you purchase.

Can I buy seats before I know every learner?

Seats are assigned after payment. You can reserve an unclaimed seat by email, create a fresh invitation, or clear the assignment. An accepted seat can be reassigned once if the learner leaves before 10 credited hours and hasn’t completed the course.

Does this include exam preparation?

Yes. Each team seat includes 30 days of the Practice plan, starting when the learner completes the course. There’s nothing to cancel.

Can employers see a learner’s answers?

No. The seat manager shows assignments, credited hours, lesson progress, completion dates, and certificate status, plus each learner’s exam-readiness estimate, scores by content area (and by task on the competency-assessment prep sheet), weekly activity, and certification steps. Individual answers, question text, and detailed learning records stay private. Learners can download and share their own certificates.

What if someone leaves before finishing?

You can release their seat once and assign it to someone new, as long as they’re under 10 credited hours and haven’t completed the course. Because seats can be reassigned, purchases are final, including unused seats. We’ll correct any duplicate charge or billing error.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. Choose “Request an invoice” when you order seats. We send you an invoice (with our invoice number). If your organization uses purchase orders, add your PO number and we’ll print it on the invoice. We email the invoice to your billing contact. It’s due within 30 days, and your billing team can pay online by card or the other methods shown on the invoice. Need a W-9? Contact us and we’ll send one.

When can our team enroll?

Choose your seats above, then pay by card or request an invoice.
